Privacy Policy

Mosquito Pros uses personal information to respond to enquiries and provide mosquito and tick control services. This policy explains our handling of quote requests, service records and optional service messaging.
Information you provide
Depending on how you contact us, we collect your name, email, phone number, property address, requested services, property details, notes and communication preferences. When you choose service texts, we record your choice, phone number, the consent wording and version shown, when it was submitted and the source form. Please do not put payment-card details or sensitive personal information in quote notes.
How we use information
We use this information to prepare quotes, answer questions, arrange and document service, manage your account and honour communication choices. Service text consent covers service updates only; it does not enrol you in promotional texts. Any optional marketing-email choice is separate.
Service providers and mobile privacy
We use providers for website hosting, security, email, customer management and, when activated, text-message delivery. Providers process the information needed to perform those services. We do not sell personal information. We do not sell, rent or share mobile numbers or SMS consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing. These sharing permissions exclude text-message opt-in data and consent; that information is not shared with third parties. We may disclose information where required by law.
Your choice about texts
SMS consent is optional, is separate from requesting a quote and is not a condition of purchase. Providing a phone number alone does not authorise texts. You may contact us by email or phone without joining the SMS program. Once messaging is activated, reply STOP to unsubscribe or HELP for assistance. Forms in testing
A form labelled “Test form” is for sample information only. Its records remain test records and do not enrol you for live messages. Submitting a test form does not create a service booking or payment.
Website tools and links
Service Desk uses necessary cookies for secure sessions and form protection. Other parts of our website may include analytics, advertising tools or embedded media that use their own cookies. External booking, payment, map and social-media services have their own privacy policies. If you choose address lookup, the entered search is sent to Google Maps; you can enter the address manually instead. These public policy pages do not include advertising or analytics scripts.
Protection, retention and requests
We limit access to customer records to people and service providers who need them for their work, and use safeguards appropriate to the information. No online system is completely risk-free. Records are retained as needed for service, accounting, consent and legal purposes; withdrawing SMS consent does not automatically erase records needed to honour that choice. Contact bookings@mosquitopros.ca to request access, correction or deletion, or to raise a privacy concern. We will verify your identity as appropriate and explain any records we must retain. Providers may process information outside Canada, where local laws may apply.
