SMS Terms of Service

Messaging is not active yet. Text delivery is paused while number verification and technical setup are completed. You can request a quote and choose optional service texts on our live quote form without receiving messages yet. A form labelled Test form records practice choices only.

Mosquito Pros service texts

Customers who separately opt in may receive appointment confirmations and reminders, arrival updates, weather rescheduling, treatment-completion notices and replies to service questions. Message frequency varies with appointments and conversations. This consent does not cover promotional SMS campaigns.

Optional consent

Choose the unchecked service-text checkbox and provide your mobile number to indicate consent on a live form. You must be entitled to use that number. Consent is not a condition of requesting a quote or purchasing service. The checkbox on a test form records only a test choice; a live opt-in will be needed before sending real messages.

Costs and delivery

Message and data rates may apply under your wireless plan. Contact your carrier about its charges. Delivery depends on carrier and network availability and is not guaranteed. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Texting is not an emergency service.

Opt out and get help

When the program is active, reply STOP to unsubscribe. You may receive a confirmation of your opt-out, after which service texts will stop unless you opt in again. Reply HELP for assistance when the program is active. At any time, contact bookings@mosquitopros.ca or call 613-863-7731 for help or to withdraw consent. Tell us if you change or give up your mobile number.
